Trinity College is one of the three founding Colleges of what is now the University of Toronto. The aesthetic/architecture is: University Gothic. Many Universities here and in Europe are in the Gothic Revival Style, and this Donor Wall follows that Tradition.

In 2000 the Harris Government added two Quotes to two existing Columns in the Legislative Assembly. These spaces where left bare by the late 19th Century Government, to a future Government to express their hopes and views of the present and future. " Gubernatio Bona Fructumparit " reads: "Good government bears fruit", and " Pax Sit Tempus Nostrum " reads: "Let there be peace in our time"
The Veterans Wall curves along a 30 feet interior wall, it has a waterfall, a book with a brief outline of the Hospitals history, a Quote by William Lion Mackenzie, Carved Coat of Arms of the three Army sections, Marines, Navy, Air-Force and the Merchant Marines. And finally, the carving depicting aspects of the three wars.

The Wall celebrates the 60 years the Veterans Hospital has been open, and is a Tribute to the Women and Men who served in the First, Second and Korean War.
